A reminder that there is no Club badminton Monday 21st April

Other dates to be aware of

There are no more available bookings on Wednesday nights until October 1st. The club will run on Monday nights only until we have the two nights a week back in October.

The Clubs AGM was held on the 7th April here is a short summary for all

New elected Committee:

President:   Noel Stevens

Secretary:   Cheryl Chye

Treasurer:   Cathy Lake

Existing Committee members re-elected: Marie Thomas, Gerard Bayucan, Matt Long, Phil Holmberg, Lance Murray, Mark Norburn, Steve Winnard, Melo Grecia

New Committee members elected: Brian Christensen and Joe Renyolds.

2025/2026 Subscriptions:

Senior/Adult:     $170.00

Student:         $100.00

Casual nightly fee: $15.00

Badminton Stadium Update:

New Geotech Report, Resource Consent and TCC Building Consent requirements are all hoped to be completed by the end of June 2025.

Preliminary discussions regarding Stadium funding have also taken place with Lotto, TECT and Lion Foundation. Once Building Consent approved, funding for the build can be applied for.

Reminder for members to please wear their Club shirt if they have one.
