Tauranga Badminton Club Inc

The club plays out of the Aquinas College Action Centre, Pyes Pa on Mondays (3rd March 2025 to 1st December) 7-9pm during the season.

The 2025 season is from March through to early December.

Wednesday sessions start 5th March 2025 to 16th April, then continuing 1st October to 3rd December- 7-9pm (same venue).

The club caters for a wide range of players, ages 14+. There are many who represent the BOP at various levels and age groups, there are many who return to play after many years absence (most people say that they used to play Badminton at school), there are beginners and those who just want to get some physical activity. 

There are club rackets available for casual use, but we recommend that rackets are purchased once you become a regular player.

Tauranga Badminton Club (2003) Inc is affiliated with BOP Badminton Association, which are affiliated with Badminton New Zealand.

Please note that Aquinas College is a smoke and alcohol free zone.

If you want to join us, just come along one club night, introduce yourself to the committee members who will be by the whiteboard and they will get you set up.
