Bay of Plenty AGM & SGM

Hello Everyone

See above the Notice for the SMG (to vote on new constitution) and AGM meetings that will be held on Saturday, 14th March 2026 at Sport BOP Board Room, 406 Devonport Road, Tauranga. (There will be an online option to attend)

At this AGM, there are 3 board member positions up for election – Chris Mills and Lee-Anne Fraser are happy to stand again but we are losing Chris Robinson.

If there are any nominations from clubs or there is anyone interested in putting themselves forward for the BOP Badminton Assn Board – please complete the  BOP Assn Board Nomination Form (email Taurangabaddyclub@gmail.com for this form) and return it to me via email : delwyn.cooper@bopbadminton.co.nz by 5pm, Friday, 27th February 2026.
